Employee said it was due to raising & closing lids on cooler. Provide for all cold potentially hazardous foods to be held at 41°F or below at all times except during necessary periods of preparation. Chef placed all food in walk-in cooler at 41F & below. 750.120 Immediate/Onsite

Provide for all plumbing to be sized, installed, and maintained in accordance with applicable provisions of the Illinois State Plumbing Code.
